Responding to enquiries and preparing a proposal
We process the details you provide to answer questions and take steps at your request before a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Project administration and legal records
If an enquiry becomes an order, relevant information may be processed to perform the contract and meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Website security and business correspondence
Limited technical records and ordinary correspondence may be processed for the legitimate interests of keeping the website secure, maintaining records and handling business communications, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, email, IT, accounting or legal services, only where relevant to the stated purposes. These providers act under their own legal duties or as processors for the company.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be based on an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law.
How long data is kept
Enquiry correspondence that does not become a project is normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected with an order is kept for the contract period and for any longer period required by Bulgarian accounting, tax, warranty or claims rules. Security logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and operation.
